Full-frame overlays at any size up to 1920 by 1080. Vignette blends between a circle and a rounded rectangle that follows the aspect. Scanlines and the aperture grille use whole pixels, so they tile. Grain is hashed per cell from a seed.

Put the PNG on a ColorRect in a CanvasLayer with blend mode multiply, or sample it in a screen shader.
